Outstanding service at Lexus of Mt Kisco I would like to thank Jon Wyllie for his outstanding support in my recent purchase of a Lexus UX250-h. Jon was extremely knowledgeable of the entire I would like to thank Jon Wyllie for his outstanding support in my recent purchase of a Lexus UX250-h. Jon was extremely knowledgeable of the entire Lexus brand and did not pressure me at all. He answered all of my questions and was very professional. He listened to my requirements and explained the features of each car and accompanied me on a test drive. Jon and the Lexus management team gave me a very fair price on my 2015 Traverse trade in and also gave me a substantial discount off the MSRP. In addition, I received 0.9% financing and the first four service visits for free - plus all weather cargo mats!!! I could not be more satisfied. Cory, the Financial Manager, explained the contract and additional insurance protection coverage in great detail. Cory was professional and a pleasure to work with. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service of this dealership and I plan to purchase future cars with them. Jon is a terrific salesman and I can see him as the overall Sales GM!!! worst service department and worst repair experience Worst service department one can imagine. Highway robbery charges. After initial assessment of the car's work I declined to get work done. They not only resorted to blackmailing and extorting money while I had completely said not to start any kind of work. They said now that i'm not getting work done they will be charging me storage of the car while they assessed the car and I have to pay the charges as they desired before the car canbe taken , and also they subletted the work to an outside body shop to even assess while I was not informed of this earlier. I ended up paying close to $2000 for 0 work done on car as they started adding wrong charges. I talked to Ro Pena whose attitude changed after learning i'm not getting work done and even the manager at service department Rafael Cerulo was not giving me the number of GM even when i asked so I can talk to him. I would highly highly recommend to stay from this place. I wish there was an option of 0 star. More
