He answered patiently and honestly all my questions and explained all about the options I had in very clear terms and paid close attention to what was important to me. The day I picked up the car, I was surprised at the attention to detail given to preparing the car for me. Derrick Brickhouse made the financing process very simple and took the time to go over all details and additional options to make sure I was well informed of extended warranties.
