He took his time to LISTEN to me and my significant other's wants and needs which I appreciated the most. We were looking for an suv that would cater to our growing family, (11 month old baby Synai and 2 year old dog Beefy). Al showed us a few vehicles and went over the features in great details. Being that I had no idea what was what. Ha! My family ended up leasing the Nx200t (LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!) To sum it all up, this teams' customer service here at the Lexus of Mt. Kisco was absolutely flawless! They treated my family with the utmost respect, had the patience to be around my then 8 month old baby girl and myself but most importantly......I did not feel pressured to buy into any package deals they were offering nor purchasing a vehicle outside of our budget.
