Bruno was great - very friendly and straight forward. Whatever I needed help with, he was attentive towards. When I gave him my numbers, we was very honest about the deal(s) we could make. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have bought my car there. The dealership itself was nice but felt disorganized and impersonal. Bruno spoke to his manager at least 3/4 times and yet that manager never came out and introduced themselves. Considering the price of their cars, you’d think you’d at least get a “hello” from management who seemingly make all the decisions. There was also some miscommunication between departments that made the process more complicated than it needed to be. More

Unfortunately, this was the worst car-buying experience I’ve had so far. I expected it to be different when purchasing a luxury car, but it wasn’t. 1. The entire sales process felt extremely pushy. Once I agreed to get the car that day (which I hadn’t planned on), I ended up spending 5 and 1/2 hours completing the purchase. 2.I was promised a deal that I never received. I was repeatedly told about these deals and urged to get the car by the end of the month. When I asked either Aaron or Antonio about the specifics, I didn’t get a clear answer. As a result, I ended up with a car in my least favorite color. Any time I mentioned being interested in a different exterior color, Aaron brushed it aside, insisting this was the only one in stock. However, I didn’t need to take the car home that day. I figured settling for my least preferred color might be worth it if the promised discount had actually been honored—but it wasn’t. 3. Initially, we planned to finance the car but later decided to pay in full. I repeatedly asked Antonio for a payoff letter but was told we had to make at least one payment first. Additionally, Antonio promised us a check for something, but we still haven’t received it. He keeps telling us, it was processed and will check on it. 4. I was missing half the paperwork from the finance department. I also noticed that the bank listed on the binder was different from the one on my title. Despite repeatedly asking Antonio for clarification about how we ended up with a different bank, I haven’t received any answers. Just like with the check, he will find out and will get back to us. While I love the car, my next Lexus definitely won’t be from Mount Kisco. More
