A MUST READ Tech Savy Consumer Focused Attention I have purchased 3 cars within the past 7 years a Cadillac xxx-V, Mercedes-Benz S550 AMG-Sport Ed. and now Lexus. Out of all the three there was nothing better than the service, dedication to excellence and attention given from the first email to signing out the door. The car was exactly how it was listed! Furthermore if there was a question, Mike Tierney, in sales answered my question ASAP, simply making me feel as I was his priority. This was not only my experience, I witnessed Mike having back to back people waiting for him alone. This is the mark of good person! Now the dealership, it was Good Friday (rush hour and 70 miles to go, and people waited to help satisfy our purchasing interest. My wife wanted Tea, someone went and filled the cup of hot water, my 5 yr. old running around having fun... no bother for the sales teams and employees alike, very family oriented. In Finance, we met with Julius Kovacs, professionalism at its height, no push to get more than what we didn't need, a common sense approach to a bad winter hopefully long gone. He was thorough, professional and pleasant in Finance, is what it is, you either have the credit or don’t anything else you should call into question without having to know a guy of friend whose wife works at the bank. If you don’t have the credit then what are you doing at Lexus I say go to Honda … I have to admit, I am that one that sales people want to do business with I’m not a hard sell, I’ve done my homework. But sometimes 1/2 though they realize they will earn their take, I'm a pain, and they never once lead me to put my guard up. I felt at ease, I felt my family was at ease and so the Brand goes, my Lexus L460L is one of the best riding cars that I have driven to date. Thank you Mike and Julius and thank you Lexus of Mt Kisco for making this one of the best car purchase experiences I have yet to have, you have a repeat customer and I live on Long Island. Purchase and Trade-in for New Lexus Convertible I have never driven a car as beautiful as Lexus in every way possible. From the moment I entered this dealership, I was treated so very well. I came with the intention of looking at this car and then going home to make my final decision because the price is very high for a retired teacher. I was impressed so very much with every detail that I signed a contract that night. I knew then that I was going to be happy and I was correct. My car had to be acquired from another dealership and when I looked at Barbara for about a minute I realized I had known her from another dealership from before and after dealing with her I was now guaranteed I would be happy for sure. When I step into a new place I am a bit unsure of myself especially with the person who handles the finance at the end but even here the experience was pleasant. I have had so many unpleasant experiences that it would be more that once that I would out of the dealership and the salesperson went after me and acted as an intermediary so that we could complete the deal. That is how miserable it was and that is how much trepidation I had and I said this to the salesperson and to Barbara since I did know her. They both said it would not be the case here. And, I will tell you that when I came back for questions about the car, I actually went back just to say Hi to the financial person because he made dealing so pleasant. It was a rare experience for me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone for the car itself as well as the ease of dealing with the people so that the purchase could be completed. You do not feel rushed, can ask your questions, feel comfortable and also walk away so happy. It is a rare experience, indeed. More

My story actually starts at the BMW of Mt. Kisco across the street. The service I received was poor at best. They were not attentive or reasonably concerned about my interst in purchasing a car. I happened to come to Lexus because there was an Acura they has available that I was interested in. After my experience at BMW, I almost decided to go home, but I came to Lexus anyway. I was greeted immediately by the customer service rep at the fron t desk who wa able to find someone immediately to help with my car interest. Gene Moretti was who approached me and inquired my name, shook my hand very heartily and was a joy to speak with. Evne though the Acura I was interested in was already sold, he asked his manager about any other cars that may be of interest to me. I actually bought a 2013 Audi. I really love my car. Julius Kovacs was also a joy to interact with. I actually felt like Lexus was happy about getting my business. I actually live all the way in New Rochelle, but would come back to Mt. Excellent Team at Mt. Kisco After owning a 2001 GS430 for the last 10 years, my dad was looking to upgrade. Called and spoke to Carl Hoffman at Lexus of Mt. Kisco. He was very straightforward and explained their process. I contacted him on a Wednesday and we visited them on the upcoming Saturday. We found a Certified 2011 GS350 AWD, test drove it, made and offer and with our trade-in we were able to get a great deal. We took the car home the same day - a testament to their process and people. Carl was very accommodating and we truly felt like we were being treated with respect and fairness. Scott, the pre-owned sales manager was also a pleasure to work with. About three weeks later, we were in the market for a smaller vehicle and purchased an IS. Scott and Carl worked with us to get us a great deal. Within a three week period, we purchased two vehicles from Lexus of Mt. Kisco. We would not hesitate to purchase again and highly recommend the entire team, especially Carl and Scott.
