I inspected the molding, the driver side is good and tight, but the passenger side looks the same as before. I said this isn’t right, can you fix it? He told me to reach out to Jason instead, which felt dismissive. I then emailed Jason with the issue and pictures, but never heard back from him. Maybe he got distracted. Overall, uneven repair quality and lack of responsiveness made me switch to another Lexus service department in the area. They are not perfect, but at least they communicate with me and are willing to work with me. More

I called Sam Kim on Thursday and laid out which model he had in stock I wanted and the price I was willing to agree to. He didn't say, "Why don't you come into the dealer and we can talk about the price" He said, "We can do that" over the phone in 10 minutes. I went to the dealer the next day and I was greeted by Angelica, who showed me all the features of the 2026 RX 350h I was purchasing, and I purchased the new Lexus without any surprises.
