Excellent Customer Service I was referred to Ajay Aurora by a good friend. I was very pleased with his customer service. He took the time to review all of my financials before I I was referred to Ajay Aurora by a good friend. I was very pleased with his customer service. He took the time to review all of my financials before I arrived to make the transaction smooth. When I arrived at the dealership he greeted me and my children. He escorted them to an area where they could work on the computer while I handled the transaction. He offered them snack and drinks. He escorted us to the vehicle for a test drive. Afterwards he explained the next steps in finalizing the deal. Everything he promised and discussed was just as he had indicated, there were no surprises. After i finished, he had his son explain all the intricate details about the vehicle and I was on my way home for Mother’s Day in a brand new Lexus. I love, love the car.!!
