He wasn't pushy about adding options and really seemed to respect the customer's wishes and goals - made you feel very at ease with the whole process. He also took a lot of time to explain details about the car and made himself very available for questions. All of the employees at this dealership were very courteous and always willing to help. Overall, an excellent experience and would highly recommend seeing Mr. Kim. He's a very empathetic guy who seems to really cares about his customers and finding a good deal for them. Financial details were worked out with Mr. Cummings. He was also very respectful and efficient. He promised to finish all the paperwork within 35 minutes and he kept his word! He has worked with me since 2007, when I bought my first Lexus. Ajay is always courteous, attentive, and a consummate professional. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Lexus models. I favor the RX350s. He goes through the basics on the vehicle, always pointing out new features. He answers my questions, no matter how simple. Ajay seemed to take the extra steps to ensure the whole experience is pleasant and stress free. Ajay could definitely teach lessons in customer service.
