Queen for a day! Queen for a day lasted only a day... READ THE CARFAX and if you have any reservations....WALK AWAY. My car fax stated the car had been stolen but returned the next day. I asked the Manager, Billy, if the car had any damage because it was a huge concern to me. He emphatically denied any damage. ....I pushed and he still said no damage was done to the car.. He even stated this car was leased by a repeat customer they knew and that all the service to the car was done in house. .I called my insurance agent to get insurance AFTER buying the car...Yep...the car had 9000.00 dollars worth of damage on the date it was reported stolen. Easy info to find for her as it's apparently on the Lexus website under the VIN number. To say I was disappointed to be outright lied to is an understatement. I would have expected more from such a high quality, luxury vehicle dealership. .. I I would be remiss if I also didn't mention Oksana Kolinyk the Financial Service Manager. Her professionalism, expertise and kindness also didn't go unnoticed! She made the process easy, enjoyable, and friendly! More

They screwed up completing my check from the bank One of the worst car buying experiences ever. I purchased vehicle outright no financing from dealer. They screwed up completing my check from the bank and the Car broke down two day after purchase. Staff was very unprofessional and careless about inconvenience or getting problem fixed.(managers Billy and Chelsea were there worst) No return calls or emails. Now two weeks after getting car repaired it broke down again. Save yourself the headache shop at a luxury dealer that appreciates your business. More
