Can I just say that the manager Chris, our salesman Bayo and our finance person Diji were phenomenal! I'm an African American woman and the stereotype of dealerships trying to scam women proved to be true! My auto purchase quest in the DMV was met with inflated APR's (though I have excellent credit and was approved for a low APR through Capital One and my credit union) pushy sales people with unethical, conman attitudes. I didn't experience that at Lexus of Silver Spring. I don't know about anyone else at this dealership, but Bayo, Chris and Diji communicated clearly, gave me a great APR and provided premium service. These guys are great and exemplify gold standards in car sales. This will now be my first place to go when looking for a car. I hope Lexus does all they can to keep them More
