We traveled over 3 hr to purchase the car from Sam and the process was quick and easy. He also took the time to go over the options on the car with us. Mr. Lewis could see the hurt in my eyes. He did everything humanly possible to find the same model vehicle of my liking. He actually found one at a lesser price and less mileage. I was pleased. The best part was he and the manager, Billy Karagiorgis worked together to get me the best monyhly payment suitable for my budget. I was sold. The showroom was closing but the entire team continued to treat me as a valued customer. I was there with Sally Morshed until 11pm signing papers to drive home in my new to me RX350. Mr. Lewis stayed until the very end as a pulled off the Lexus parking lot. Now that's great customer service. The three of them were great to work with. More

Left a deposit on the request of the finance manager and after realizing this was not the dealership for us we requested the deposit back. This was three weeks ago and we are still trying to get it back. Have been told twice it would be credited back and both times it never happened. One time we even when back to the dealership to request and were told it would take seven days. Odd it only took 10 seconds for them to take the deposit. . Very sad I thought they were a better company. 12/20/16 More
