Darcars did not have the RX 450h in the color combination I wanted, so Sam made the effort to locate one that was quite a distance away, and had it delivered. He earned my trust through an energetic display of incredible customer service and commitment. A large ticket purchase can be intimidating, but Sam was kind, respectful, earnest, and honest. He repeatedly showed me that I could trust him to be good for his word. The car arrived with a couple of issues the out of state dealership had not disclosed, but Sam advocated for me to make sure any concerns were addressed, and the team at Darcars made sure everything was fixed. Sam understands the importance of communications with customers. He was my advocate and has earned my loyalty and business going forward. He has set an incredible standard for customer service and I would not have bought the 450h were it not for him.
