This review has been revised. After further consideration, I have to up the review to five stars. I have visited other car dealerships (lexus specifically), and now realize the sheer contrast i consideration, I have to up the review to five stars. I have visited other car dealerships (lexus specifically), and now realize the sheer contrast in customer service between dealerships. Upon visting OTHER dealerships, I was ignored, or borderline disrespected by the sales staff. I now realize that the salesman I was dealing with at DARCARS, Joe Perillo, was an absolute professional and only offered me the best when it came to customer service, especially when compared to other Lexus dealerships within the area. In addition, the dealership is beautiful (building, campus, etc.) and the rest of the staff that I met were also professional. More

Till now I had never met a salesperson that knew nearly as much as I did about automobiles. Joe was the most knowledgeable person I had ever met about the products he sold and he was such an amazingly nice as much as I did about automobiles. I had an amazing experience at Lexus Silver Spring. My sales man was Mr. Adebayo Ojo. He was friendly, knowledgable and the service was excellent. He was also helpful with the selection. After 2 visits, I verbally agreed on price (MSRP) + tags and tax for 2022 GX460 with Marius Marin. When we started the paperwork there were ~$4,000 in fees +tax - fees included $1,500 for sales rep commissi and tax for 2022 GX460 with Marius Marin. When we started the paperwork there were ~$4,000 in fees +tax - fees included $1,500 for sales rep commission, $1,000 vehicle prep and roughly $1,500 in filing and processing fees - what a joke! When I pushed back against these fees, Darius suggested I consider a lower trim I could afford. I went to Lexus of Rockville and purchased the same spec GX460 at MSRP + $850 in fees + tax. Avoid Darcars / Silver Spring Lexus. More
