“CJ" Customer Service Rep I have bought 4 Lexus vehicles from this dealership. In all that time I have had many service reps. CJ is without a doubt the best I’ve ever dealt wit I have bought 4 Lexus vehicles from this dealership. In all that time I have had many service reps. CJ is without a doubt the best I’ve ever dealt with. Very sincere and dedicated and always taking that extra step to make the customer feel welcomed and appreciated. Recently (10/14/16), I had a number of issues dealing with my Lexus GS that were my fault entirely. I took the vehicle to Lexus SS to fix because I have this great respect for CJ, his honesty and his knowledge of Lexus vehicles. If I would recommend anything, it would be CJ and Lexus of Silber Spring. More
Excellent Service and customer care I was debating between buying a Lexus RC 350 AWD and an Audi S5. I test drove both vehicles. Despite the Audi being a little peppier, the Lexus won ha I was debating between buying a Lexus RC 350 AWD and an Audi S5. I test drove both vehicles. Despite the Audi being a little peppier, the Lexus won hands down. The added luxuries afforded to you from Lexus not to mention the great customer Service from Michael Aragon were what made my decision to go with a Lexus. More
No Greeting! Answer to the question, "Would I recommend this dealership?" HELL NO! I drove my Lexus from Dallas to Maryland and a week after I arrived in Maryl Answer to the question, "Would I recommend this dealership?" HELL NO! I drove my Lexus from Dallas to Maryland and a week after I arrived in Maryland my oil light and check engine light came on. To my disappointment there are no "Park Place" Lexus' in Maryland. I decided to just visit the closest Authorized Lexus dealer. I arrived at Lexus in Silver Spring MD. I pulled in to the "Service Lane" and waited. After waiting 5 minutes I locked my car and wondered inside the service area. There were 4 people crowded in the service desk area and one guy standing in the rather small lobby. No one really spoke to me or acknowledged me when I first appeared in the lobby. Finally, the one guy that was standing in the lobby (chatting with the 4 employees located behind the service desk) asked if I needed any help. This guy never really looked at me and was super tall so just kind of looked above my head while he spoke in my general direction. Definitely not very friendly....sooooooooooo opposite of Park Place Lexus Dealers!!!!!!! I told the tall guy that I needed an oil change. While he kept looking around he asked if I planned on waiting. I said that I would like to wait. The tall guy said that it would be at least 2 to 3 hours if I didn't have an appointment. Never offered a loaner car or anything else! I took back my car key and went back to my car. While in the Silver Spring Lexus service lane I googled all of the other Authorized Lexus dealerships. I found a dealer in Rockville. I called the Rockville dealership and told them what problems I was experiencing with my car and asked if I needed an appointment. The receptionist said that I didn't need an appointment and that they take people without appointments. I was surprised that no one from the Silver Spring dealership never came out to my car to try to save me as a new customer and possibly new business. After all, I will need to have somewhere to take my Lexus and I only take my car to Lexus dealerships! I'm looking for a New business relationship. I arrived at the Rockville Dealership in a half hour. There was a greeter there to inform me that someone would be with my shortly. The greeter stayed with me until one of the service advisors was available. I wasn't too happy to hear the bad news about my "check issue" light but I was very happy that I was helped right away and was on my way to repair! The waiting area was nice with complimentary refreshments and comfortable areas to while your car was being repaired. I have to be honest the overall customer service was not the friendliest at the Rockville location but they assisted me the minute I drove up! I hope someone from Texas reads my feedback! Texas Lexus dealership spoils their customers..................HANDS DOWN!!! The next time I have a problem with my Lexus I might try the DC Lexus dealership...at this point it's a crap shoot :-| Good Luck!!! More

We have owned several Lexus vehicles throughout the years, which has led us to different sales consultants, but none have compared to SAM. He is knowledgeable, honest, thoughtful and a very caring person. Our car took some time to arrive, due to the color combination that we wanted, yet, through the waiting period, SAM stayed in touch with us and kept us well informed. SAM is the exception to the rule of most sales people...of course, he wants you to buy a car, but mostly, he wants you to be happy and satisfied with the purchase, as well as the service and goes above and beyond to accomplish that. Radfar, it is a breeze, and dare I say, "a pleasure." If there is a problem, I call a direct line to Mr. Radfar who answers the phone, listens to the problem, asks clarification questions, and organizes a car pick up and drop off for servicing. Unparalleled Service In the pm of Fri 9th Sept. I visited your location at 2505 Prosperity Terrace to view my options as I was about to purchase my first vehicle. Mr. Bay In the pm of Fri 9th Sept. I visited your location at 2505 Prosperity Terrace to view my options as I was about to purchase my first vehicle. Mr. Bayo Ojo was highly recommended by a fellow "country man" so I met with him. He was very patient as I went through a few options. His level of interaction as I continue to request information on various models and services offered i.e down payment, financing, after sale service etc was nothing short of professional. I did a second visit the next day [Sat 10] and was told the car I selected yesterday had been sold; Bayo quickly said 'have no fear, il get you a better car.'He selected a brown Toyota Corolla. After a test drive and discussions regarding down payment, financing etc for that particular car, I was sold, "Yes i'll take it" I said. We completed the necessary paper work, and he assured me once the service center is finish detailing my vehicle he will deliver it to my job. That was a huge relief. Bayo provided all the info i needed every step of the way. He was through, professional, patient, extremely willing and has a warm and welcoming persona. I spoke with him a few days thereafter seeking further clarification pertaining to my documentation and MVA and he was most thorough in ensuring I understood the process every step of the way. I stopped by his office 2 days later to see another associate and once I got that over with and was about to leave I noticed I had a flat tire. I sought the assistance of Bayo in having it changed and as expected he got my tire replaced and I was on my way in no time. Thanks much!
