Because of Stephanie New and her wonderful team here, I am the proud owner of my baby, Ladybug, who is an IS250, at the age of 23 (She was an early birthday present to myself). I bought her last week, so I am a tad bit late with my review because Ladybug and I have been going on a plethora of adventures, but here it is! Let me start off with my wonderful executive sales consultant, Stephanie New! When I walked into the dealership I knew exactly what I wanted and what I did not want, and I knew exactly how much I was willing to spend (since this was my first big girl purchase). I have to admit, I was a bit picky with every detail, including the color, the age of the car, and what gadgets it had inside. I figured that if I was going to treat myself, I might as well spoil myself silly, and she made sure I was able to do just that without coming close to blowing my budget, and GUESS WHAT??! She got me in a LEXUSSSSSS! I honestly did not think it was going to be possible, but she made it possible, and I have not been this happy about something in a long time! She was extremely knowledgeable about every car I showed even a little bit of interest in. we test drove quite a few cars because I needed to find the smoothest ride, and she was very honest when it came to my expectations. I am so appreciative of the amount of work she put in to assure that I left as a happy customer! BUT THAT’S NOT ALL! Stephanie did not work alone, there was a whole team of wonderful people standing behind her who I also got to meet and work with! Let start off with Billy Karagiorgis, the manager. He was just great with getting me pumped up and doing all of the background stuff and running my numbers to get me into Lady Bug! Next, I met Chris Morris from finance! He had to keep me seated long enough to have me sign all of the papers so that Ladybug could actually be mine, which was definitely a difficult task because I was bubbling at the seams with excitement and kept asking if we were close to finished because I wanted my new baby. He was really calm and made the process as speedy and organized as possible, not to keep me waiting any longer. He wanted to see me drive away in my baby just as bad as me. He explained everything in detail, so I knew exactly what I was signing and made sure I knew about all of the additional perks I could have as well. The third person I met was Kevin Pitamer, the technology specialist. Once, lady bug was finally mine, he sat in my car with me and made sure I knew exactly what each and every button did in my car before I drove off of the lot. We also went for a quick spin so that he could make sure that everything was adjusted to my liking in the car and that I was definitely comfortable before I took my baby home. One of the last people I met there was James Pak, who just really got excited and beyond hype with me and my new purchase. When I saw my IS250 sitting in front of the shop, sparkling in the sun, with a huge bow on top, I just knew that I had made the best decision for me, and I could not have been more elated! I was with this wonderful team for only a few hours, but they feel more like a family. Everyone in the entire dealership seemed happy for me and my new purchase. He is truly genuine when it comes to helping his customers and he does this all with no pressure at all. His main focus was making sure my husband and I was happy. We can't leave out the finance manager that worked with us. She was really nice and took her time to explain everything to us. You just don't find this type of customer service anymore.
