Exceeding Expectations=Customer For Life My wife & I visited the dealership on Tuesday, March 8th with NO intention of purchasing a vehicle that evening. Immediately upon entering the showroo My wife & I visited the dealership on Tuesday, March 8th with NO intention of purchasing a vehicle that evening. Immediately upon entering the showroom, Sam Kim greeted us in a manner that made us feel comfortable and genuinely welcomed. Sam asked all the right questions but even more importantly, listened to what we said. Needless to say, my wife fell in love with a 2015 IS 250 that was in the showroom. Without wasting any time, Sam orchestrated the IS 250 being taken out of the showroom floor and off we went on our test drive. During our test drive, Sam explained & showed us the features and benefits of the vehicle. What impressed us about Sam was his ability to inform us without being " the proverbial car salesman". When we arrived back at the dealership, I looked at my wife and asked her if she liked the car- her response was an emphatic,"I love it"!
