Stephanie went out of her way, answering my many questions and dealing with my indecisiveness, and she was able to not only put me in a car, but the car of my dreams. I dreaded the thought of having to sit in a dealership for hours and hours and filling out paperwork, but little did I know, this time around would be different. She was entertaining and very personable. She made me feel right at home and next thing I knew, the process was over and done with. It seemed so seamless and as a result, I have referred a few friends that are interested in purchasing a vehicle. Her professionalism and attention to detail definitely stood out and I will always remember that. Ali was very patient in listening to all my questions and I never felt rushed. Ali was enthusiastic about the Lexus SUVs and had documentation to back up all of what he told me. No pressure salesman! I had never owned a Lexus previously and had not bought a new car in 10 years. These guys were approachable, down to earth and went above and beyond t I had never owned a Lexus previously and had not bought a new car in 10 years. These guys were approachable, down to earth and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. They were very professional and up front. I had to run to pick up my kids and they helped me clean out my trade in and even put in my kids car seats so I was ready to roll out when the papers were signed.
