Along with being a great subject matter experience in all Lexus models, I had one of the best customer experience. I felt no pressure and the price were already determined before I got there by going through the Costco Auto Program. It was worth the extra drive to go to Silver Spring, MD. I also worked with Daji (financing) and purchased extra years of maintenance. I did not feel any pressure to do so but the numbers really did show it was a great long term investment. Pro-tip: They allow you to use $2k on your credit card to pay for extended services. More
