Outstanding I called Lexus of Silver Spring (Darcars) to see if they could find a GX 460 because the lease I had on my previous one was running out. I was called and texted back almost immediately by Alin Marin (an executive sales consultant). We had an oppointment to meet that very day. He not only found the exact vehicle I wanted but he worked with me to beat the deal I had been offered by another Lexus dealer. He was caring, informative, very friendly, professional and explained a lot of things to me about the car and the wonderful service promised by their dealership. When it became time for me to pick up my daughter, he suggested I use the new GX 460 to do so as a test drive. It was fantastic. When we returned and my daughter said to me she was hungry, he went out to a nearby restaurant on his own and bought her a very tasty dinner. We spent time going over the finances and, though I hadn't expected to empty my car and drive home with a new one, we did. I am so happy that I contacted Alin. It was a shear pleasure working with him and the entire Lexus of Silver Spring staff. I rate them as 10+ (on a scale of 0-10) and highly recommend them for anyone intersted in buying a Lexus. More
