They found the car that was "just right" for me Ali was fantastic in helping me select the right car for me! I went in to test drive a specific car I saw online and while the car was nice it was Ali was fantastic in helping me select the right car for me! I went in to test drive a specific car I saw online and while the car was nice it was just too small and too sporty for me. He worked with me and showed me at least 4 other cars, all different sizes, years and models. He allowed me to test drive all of them. Even after I left he followed up with an email, letting me know that he may have found a different car I would like better based on our interaction. I looked at a lot of cars, some were too big, others too low, some too sporty but eventually he found me the car that was JUST RIGHT! and I love it! More

He kept me up to date on the details throughout the whole process and exceeded expectations when I visited the dealership. Throughout my experience, Greg was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained every feature to me. He even showed me how to utilize all of the features during the test drive and answered all of my questions about the car. In addition to his expertise, he was very hospitable (along with the sales manager and finance representative) who made my whole family feel welcome and comfortable during our visit. They were able to cater to all of my requests and then some! This was the best experience I ever had buying a new car!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new Lexus!!!!! More
