I purchased my second vehicle about 1 years and a half ago, and recently I had to bring my car in for service to get a fuse replace, which they replaced almost immediately! I dealt with Alex Silva for the majority of the time and he was exceptional! He was more than accommodating and made sure all my questions were answered. And may I add he was super nice! Now, I can say with the 2 vehicles I have purchased with this dealer, ES 350 and GX460, I have NEVER had any major issues with my vehicles. But, any of the times I need to have either one of my vehicles serviced, I always... ALWAYS received top notch service.
