She has been very patient with me, never pushing but kept in correspondence and periodic calls. It was not until Dec 30th until I finally was ready to purchase my nex Lexus. We schedule a time to review the updates on the new model, take a test drive and help me selected the perfect car for me. Although it was a Sunday and she was busy she made time for me and was very professional. She was able to make the process very comfortable. DARCARS Loves VETS As a disabled Army VET who recently had 7 posterior vertebrae fused in my cervical and thoracic spine, Due to limited range of motion turning my head, As a disabled Army VET who recently had 7 posterior vertebrae fused in my cervical and thoracic spine, Due to limited range of motion turning my head, I had a desperate need for a comfortable SUV with all of the sensors and driving aids. My former vehicle was a Toyota 2009 Avalon which had none of the needed sensors and driving aids. After deciding on purchasing an RX 350 AWD, I wanted to experience the much advertised "December to Remember" sales event by getting an excellent deal on a 2018 vehicle with the options I needed. I had a original appointment with Layla for 12/28. But Layla was thoughtful and proactive enough to contact me to let me know I needed come in sooner to make my purchase before all of the 2018 RXs with my color preferences and options were sold. I am truly grateful to Layla for her assistance to my wife and I in making a great choice and a great deal. I can't stop smiling since purchasing my 2018 RX 350 AWD with the Luxury package on 12/21/2018. This is a December I will definitely remember.
