We have worked with sale consultants and sale mangers from six Lexus dealers in DMV area. And out of six Lexus Dealers in DMV area, our experience with Sam and Andreas had been totally awesome. They were professional and respectful. We are picky buyer with high standards and strict requirements. They tried to meet our needs. They did not pressure us and they did not play number games. And they did not google my name and look up which company I worked for and then used it in price negotiating like sale constulant from another Lexus dealer. We made the decision to buy new 2018 Lexus RX 350 from them at the end because of their professionalism and competitive/fair pricing. And this is our second Lexus from the same dealer. We became the repeating customer of Lexus of Silver Spring because of Sam and Andreas. I would recommend Sam and Lexus of Silver Spring to people who are in the market for Lexus in DMV area. We had visited a couple other dealerships and the service we experienced was poor. When we met Sam we explained what we wanted and the fact we had limited time for the test drive. He got us in a car relatively quickly and off we went. He gave us the run down of all the features while ensuring we got back in time for us to head out. Over the next couple weeks he stayed in touch without being pushy so we know when the time was right Sam was our guy. He even went as far as delivering the car to our home. This is the 8th car I’ve leased/purchased and it was hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had. Kudos to Sam. More
