Awesome, haggle free experience! I called Laleh to inquire about an RX350 on their inventory and requested an out-the-door price to compare with another dealer. I told her that I was I called Laleh to inquire about an RX350 on their inventory and requested an out-the-door price to compare with another dealer. I told her that I was helping my parents make their first Lexus purchase. I informed her that I didn't want to waste anybody's time,especially mine, by going to the dealer and spending hours trying to negotiate a deal. I provided her with a realistic price we're willing to pay for the RX350 I inquired about and that this was my only/final offer. We would make every effort to go that day to purchase if they meet my asking price. She politely asked if she could call me back within the next 5 minutes to see what she can do. She called back as promised to inform me that it's a deal, offered to pick up my parents at their home (20miles away from the dealer, which we declined), prepare the car for delivery, demo the car to them while they wait for me to arrive (40miles away in the middle of rush-hour) to finalize the deal. Upon my arrival, I saw Laleh showing them the car as she promised. I asked my parents if they were ok and their thoughts when Laleh stepped away, expecting to hear about the aggressive/pushy salesperson. They said they were treated kindly, but more importantly, the smile on their faces said it all. I've purchased several cars as well as negotiated on behalf of family members on their vehicle purchases so I'm used to the sales tactics. By far, no other dealers come close the the exceptional service and professionalism exhibited by Laleh and her team at Lexus of Silver Spring! More
