She communicated with me throughout the process, from the time I inquired about the truck until after I had purchased it. She sent me pictures, video, and several emails before I ever met her. Once I got to the dealership, she made me feel welcome and made sure I was comfortable. Mike, her manager, answered questions for me about the truck and was very knowledgeable about the truck. Alex took great care of me in the finance process. He didn't pressure me into buying anything I didn't need and made sure I got the best deal possible with protection plans and finance rate.
