I live in Orlando and this dealership is located in Jacksonville - about 2 hours away. I was in the market for a second car and had initially contacted them regarding purchasing a Chrysler Crossfire c Jacksonville - about 2 hours away. I was in the market for a second car and had initially contacted them regarding purchasing a Chrysler Crossfire convertible. For a number of reasons, I wasn't able to get up to see the car and it was eventually sold. I had been dealing with Mr. Couch the entire time and he would call me almost daily asking if I had made a decision. After the Crossfire was sold, he called and said they had an Audi TT convertible and said financing could be done. Again, he called me incessantly wanting to sell me the car. However, getting to Jacksonville (without trading a car in) was difficult. After about two weeks of back and forth, Mr. Couch called and offered to drive the car down to Orlando. When he came, it was raining and I had to look at the car on my lunch. So, I couldn't really critique the car very well, only drive it. It drove well and so, I agreed to the purchase. The next day, I had the chance to look at it really closely and the top was in horrible shape. It was separating really bad from the rear glass and would clearly leak. When I called Mr. Couch, he was "shocked." He said it never leaked while on their lot (which I find hard to believe considering the separation was severe and, after taking his suggestion of "fixing" the separation with an epoxy, it still leaked like a sieve). The top cannot be repaired, only replaced at a cost from $1300 from an auto upholsterer to $4000 from Audi. After the deal was done and I contacted Mr. Couch about the top, it was extremely difficult to get return calls from him - a stark difference compared to the almost daily calls and texts from him when he was trying to sell me the car. He ultimately told me that they would do nothing about the top which easily soured my experience of buying a new car which should ordinarily be something that should be something to look forward to and fun to drive. All told, I would never purchase a car from this dealership again and have made it clear to my friends and contacts in Orlando. Even after signing the paperwork, I couldn't keep my copies and Mr. Couch told me they would be mailed to me. It's been nearly 3 weeks and I have yet to get them in the mail. POOR customer service post-sale. All I can say is "buyer beware." More

I was completely comfortable throughout the sales experience. If you are tired of the typical salesman, go see Martin. I ended up with a great car and a happy 16 year old - best of both worlds. I drive a Dodge Ram now, and when it finally is time to get a new vehicle, this dealership will be the one getting my business. On another note - parts/service. I found a needed part that two other Dodge Dealerships could not get for me, and found it $50 cheaper than on the web. I'm getting my parts here from now on as well. But, much to my pleasant surprise, this place was something entirely different. from the moment i placed a phone call inquiring about a certain vehicle, to the the moment i drove it off of the lot, everything surrounding my experience was nothing short of perfect. With the ease of checking msrp price on site, checking other deals, I was happy to go there for final inspection. Sales rep won us over with his knowledge and instruction on how everything worked. Very smart and charismatic guy. It was after this exchange that my wife and I both agreed to put down an intitial payment to hold for complete financing. More

When I first walked into the dealership I was met by Martin and he took me right to the car my wife and I had found on the internet. Unfortunately that car had been modified a bit (leather tan seats had replaced the black ones that were advertised) but Martin quickly found another one that matched the color we wanted. It was a little higher price but it ended being OK because they honored the affiliate program...which lowered the price enough to get it close to what we had hoped to spend to begin with...and we got a few more bells and whistles. In addition, the finance dept. actually found us a loan that was 1/2% lower than my pre-approval. They made sure we left with a full tank of gas and at the last minute, Martin went and found an accessory for us that we didn't even know existed...a push button for the automatic ignition that he wasn't obligated to get...but it put an exclamation point on the level of service and care we received. I would highly recommend Martin and OP Chrysler Jeep Dodge. More

After experiencing the worst service at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I decided to give the company one more chance before selling my van. He offered me a shuttle to my home to make me more comfortable with the work I was having done. I had an oil change, tire rotation and balance, and a GREAT alignment (unlike Jacksonville CJD). I also had 1 out of 2 recommended service steps completed to ensure my family remained safe. The other recommendation could wait until my next visit. I have a recall item to be addressed. I will be choosing Orange Park (even though it's in Jacksonville :-)) CJD for my next service. Down with Jacksonville CJD. Up with Orange Park CJD. Thank you.
