It was a pleasant surprise to see Lindsey Temple working at DARCARS. I've had previous encounters with her when she worked at Jones Toyota. I had a fantastic experience at Darcars! I went in to have my Prius serviced and was greeted by Mr. Bruce Knapik. Mr. Knapik was very helpful in diagnosing the problem I was having and quickly set me up have my Prius serviced and was greeted by Mr. Bruce Knapik. Mr. Knapik was very helpful in diagnosing the problem I was having and quickly set me up to have the problem fixed. Mr. Knapik was very professional and knowledgeable and I would absolutely recommend him, as well as Darcars to my friends and family for service on their vehicles. I will definately be back whenever I need any type of service to my car! Job well done! More

Tried to raise the price by $810 by double charging me the freight fee... Then another $1000 by saying the internet price they included the college grad rebate (it was quoted as all applicable rebates)... the freight fee... Then another $1000 by saying the internet price they included the college grad rebate (it was quoted as all applicable rebates)... Problem was the Highlander is not eligible to for the college grad rebate.... Then offered $3K less for my trade than all the other dealers. 3 strikes are you are OUT!!! Took my trade and cash to another dealer.... Got KBB trade value and the other dealer beat they were cheaper than the original internet quoted price that DarCars wouldn't honor by almost $1000 Crooks... Never again! More
Lindsey has gone the extra mile to address the service issues with my car. In addition to being customer friendly she has great communication skills, I'm always informed about what is going on with my car issues with my car. When I make an appointment, she is waiting for me with paperwork ready, and follows through with me the process from check in to cashier. Service is the best part of Darcars Toyota, and Lindsey makes it happen. More

He proceeded to say essentially say that he "is the one who gets to tell you if you can buy the car or not." At this I took my money elsewhere and got a good deal with professional people. More

I was taking a road trip from VA up to NY. When driving through baltimore my 4 runner broke down. I had it towed and spoke to lindsey temple at the service desk. She was so very helpful, she always stopped by to let me know the status of my car. Most importantly, she recommended an inspection that resulted in the mechanic catching a critical component flaw! If that inspection was not done, it could have led to a car crash! Thank you lindsey for being so nice, and most importantly knowing your job well enough to help keep your customers safe!! More
This dealership is very bad on the sales side. I have used them for service of my Toyota and found them to be very good on the service side, but when I went to buy a new Toyota, they were rude - especial used them for service of my Toyota and found them to be very good on the service side, but when I went to buy a new Toyota, they were rude - especially the sales manager. They kept luring me back - three times - saying that they had the Toyota Camry which I was looking for -- only to have it "just pull off the lot" when I got there. This was plainly an attempt to upsell me to their higher priced models. What amazes me is that they would not outsource or get the model I wanted from another dealer or within their own dealership so I could take delivery later. I was willing to put a deposit and take delivery later, but this stupidly-run dealership would not do that, allowing me to walk out - unhappy because I spent over seven hours waiting there over three trips, and that I had been treated so rudely by the sales manager. It seems the inner city rudeness of Baltimore has become deeply rooted in this dealership and it is accepted practice to treat customers, prospective and otherwise, very poorly. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy, much less anyone I cared about. I won't even go back to the service side because of my experience there. How it gets a rating over over a 4 on this site is beyond me. I suspect their sales people are rigging the system and logging on to give a false high rating. More
