I stopped by Darcars just to look around for a family car. I was not ready to buy, especially since I didn't know what to get. I liked his laid back style. Not pushy, not aggressive, not salesman-ish. We talked and I said I would have to come back with the rest of the family. A month later we comeback and we get a minivan! I know, not too exciting, but this is the family car for us. At the time of sale, Harry talked to Jason Waltrup to get us a fair price. My wife and I could not be more pleased. I would recommend Darcars Toyota for anyone looking for a car, especially Harry and Jason for their kindness and making us feel like VIP. We were treated like family at Darcars. I know that he and his techs have my best interest and safety at the forefront. Nima is very easy to work with. He's honest and upfront, and I know that he will put forth much effort to ensure that I am taken care of. He actually cares about his customers and treats them like family, and that is a trait that is very hard to come by these days. I see the way he interacts with other customers as well as with his technicians, and he treats everyone with the utmost respect. Mike, who is one of Nima's techs that generally works on my vehicles, does a great job. He too is very personable and honest, and delivers high quality workmanship. I have great confidence when I leave the dealership that my vehicles are in sound working order. And, I know that if any repairs are in order, Nima and team will have my back at the "drop of hat." I have called other auto dealers when searching for my new car. I live in Virginia, and there are dealers a lot closer. Steve sounded like an honest salesmen; he was most certainly not the sterotypical pushy sales person that I have dealt with in the past. I am very happy with my new Toyota!
