Luckily, by the time we wanted to go ahead with the purchase in early September, 0% financing became available. At that point, I visited Darcars to select and purchase our Prius. The process was painless because of the Costco-arranged price and Chris's easygoing manner. The paperwork was completed quickly and the vehicle was ready within hours. Because we went through Costco, we didn't feel the need to check out reviews of Darcars of Frederick. But after our experience, it's clear why this dealership is so highly rated! More

I had gotten information from ConsumerReports and knew about what the dealer invoice price was. Chris was able to get me very close to that amount, so I was happy. After agreeing to buy the vehicle, Chris was very efficient in getting the appropriate paperwork signed and submitted to the financial people of Darcars - very quick and painless. I told Chris I would come down to Darcars the next evening to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle was ready to go. The vehicle was clean, the tires were shiny, all protective plastic was removed, and the tank was full. He had me sign a few papers and I was out the door. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I plan on taking my vehicle to them for service and maintenance as they have been so friendly, prompt, and thorough. More

The next day I finally made up my mind on the Highlander, so I called my salesman to let him know I definitely wanted it, but that I did not have anyone to drive my other car back home that day. He went out of his way to drive to my house after I got home from work to pick me up and then take me to his dealership so we could finalize the sale. This was a 35 minute drive for him to make. Awesome! It made the whole process very easy and after the test drive I was able to say 'yes, I want it!'.
