Great Experience Brett and Joe made sure I was taken care of through the whole truck purchase process. They helped get the price where I wanted it and helped me get a new finance manager due to the previous finance gentleman fudging the numbers. Minus the individual that works in finance that doesnt have a name to include on this review the process went smooth throughout negotiations. All the people that helped including management stopping by making sure we were doing okay. Our Saleman Brett was fantastic as always since we had him before. He went above and beyond. The Financial Manager was fantastic as well. The buying experience even though a lot of work was made simple by everyone involved. Its like buying a vehicle from a family member. Worked hard to make a great deal I was a very difficult customer. I didn't need a new car by any means, my old one was perfectly fine. Dwayne knew I didn't need to buy the car right then and so he worked hard for over a week doing everything possible to get me a deal I couldn't say no to! The following week I was driving out of there in a brand new 4Runner. Dwayne has been the best car salesmen I have dealt with up to this point.
