Jessie is a very nice guy he then introduced us to Ken Daniels, Ken does an awesome job at connecting with his customers like he did with us. He definitely know what hes doing and is a great sales man. I later on meet with James "Mike" Obrien who took care of the financial papers for me, he also welcomed us like others, he is a very funny guy too, I had an amazing experience with all the people at Toyota and i got a 2013 Toyota Camry out of it. I love my Camry its the best car I ever had. Thank you all for your outstanding customer service. More

Tim had the truck I was looking at already pulled up to the building and ready to go before I got to the dealership. Took the truck on a test-drive that included interstate and in-town roads which was very the building and ready to go before I got to the dealership. With absolutely no pressure, Tim answered all my questions about the truck and was able to get me a little more money for my trade than the original offer. I was also very impressed that they agreed to take my trailer-brake controller out of my trade and install it in the new truck! Mike, the Finance Manager, went over all the money with me so I could follow what was being charged, and he plugged and re-plugged in numbers so I could reach a payment I was happy with. We also, as I see others did as well. saw a new car we wanted online and drove 75 miles on Monday to the dealership. We were very pleased with everything from our sales person, the manager, the financial consultant and the crew in the bay that got our car ready to drive home. They worked with the pricing, they were very knowledgeable of the car and made sure we were by the time we left. We are very impressed with this dealership. Everyone had a smile and it is a top notch facility. I need to go back for an add on and am looking forward to it just to experience their first class waiting room! :) Will definitely recommend this dealership to others. I recently bought my second car from Darcars of Frederick. I made an appointment with Jeff G. for a test drive on Saturday and when he called me Thursday to confirm my appointment I asked him if I Frederick. He had no problem with that an the car was ready for me to test drive even though I arrived twenty minutes early. When I returned with the car he was able to answer all my questions and was very professional and friendly in doing so. Mike O'brien was great at finding me a good finance rate and he made the worst part of any car buying process comforting with his friendly demeanor. More

My experience at Darcars Toyota was about as simple and easy as a car buying experience could be. I got to go on a nice long test drive to make sure I was going to like the truck. I knew the fair market values of my trade and the new Tacoma, explained what I was looking for on price and they kept the process short and sweet. Chris Santiago was also very helpful and stayed after hours to make sure he took good care of my sale. I also liked that vehicle came with 2 years of virtually free service and that I was able to add 3 more years at a value that seemed much less than what I would have had to pay out-of-pocket. So, all in all, I'm quite happy. The whole process only took about 3 hours and the longest part was possibly my test drive. More

I called at 10:00 approx. after seeing the car online. The car I was interested in, was at the another Toyota of Frederick location. "No problem" Jason said "I'll have it here by 11:30", and it was! Jason and the rest of the staff were very nice and good people to work with. Mr. O'Brien was great too, and put us at ease. It's stressful buying a car, although I've done it many times, I hate it. The car looked good and I think my youngest daughter will love it. Also, I needed a hub cap for my other daughters 2006 Corrolla. The parts dept. was great too, they had it in stock for a 2006 model, all I can say is, WOW! I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the parts person that directly helped me, or the other parts guy that helped him, but they were both great too. More
