"Perfect Service"

At first, I was hesitant to bring my car back to DARCARS Frederick because I didn't have the best sales experience when purchasing the car to say the least. However, when I needed to have the vehicle serviced my opinion of DARCARS changed dramatically. I was able to easily make a next day appointment. I was early to my appointment, but I was welcomed and helped right away regardless. The assistant service manager, Kenny Rogers, is who I had the pleasure of working with. The level of customer service and professionalism displayed by Kenny made the entire experience as enjoyable as it could be. I got the impression that the entire service department here knows exactly how to take care of customers. My questions were answered and my vehicle was serviced. The next time my vehicle needs service, I'm taking it to DARCARS Frederick.

"My Truck and I were Forgotten"

Nearly four hours for an oil change, air filter change, and two other minor services. Decided to see what was going on and found my truck parked in the lot, apparently finished. For how long? They admitted to 30 to 45 minutes but I suspect longer as I saw a lot of folks come and go during my four hour wait. Receipt said their free car wash was completed. Not true. And I have two hand prints on the hood to prove it. Then they could not find my keys so I got to spend an extra fifteen minutes after I paid as they searched for them. Stellar performance today, Toyota, stellar performance.

"Botched routine maintenance - twice"

I have been bringing my car here for service for years. It used to be good and the staff was thorough and nice. But on two occasions now, I have had to return because there were mistakes made during routine maintenance. This last time, there were two things wrong with my car after service that were fine beforehand. When I bright it back, the staff was unapologetic and barely acknowledged their errors. Since the mechanics botch routine maintenance, they shouldn't be trusted.

"Stopped into service without appointment"

We were traveling through Frederick and our engine light indictor came on. We were loaded down with a car top carrier, bikes, two kids and a dog. We searched for the nearest Toyota dealership and found them. The employees at DARCARS took care of us right away and assessed the issue and reassured us. Did I mention this was a holiday weekend? Can't tell you how much we appreciate the kindness and professionalism of your service department for us, out-of-towners!
