We just leased our Volvo SUV from DARCARS Rockville.  Our sales consultant, start to finish, was Cristela Torres .  One word to describe our experience would be excellent. Customer satisfaction and great Service It started out by going online searching for vehicles that will fit our needs and budget and with low mileage. So by Wednesday our son who works in Rockville just happens to be driving by and saw an SUV sitting by the road at Darcars Volvo of Rockville with great mileage according to what he saw advertised online. My husband and I rode with our son heading to work so we can see this vehicle. We got there and saw the SUV, and it was what we were looking for, our two youngest grandkids can enjoy sitting in their car seats with worrying about being cooped up. This vehicle was very clean inside with sunshades on both windows in the backseat. It was 2003 Beamer., we purchased this vehicle this past Wednesday. We know the SUV was that old but we chose it because of price and other things we liked about the car. So we drove it and there was some problems with it. This was our very first Beamer that we ever purchased. Today my husband and I was at this same dealership and we decided to trade our Beamer in for 2013 Mercedes Benz. The Service Manager Mo was talking to my husband about our Beamer, explaining to him what needed to get done and all. I made my mind up to purchase the Mercedes. So Mo the service manager spoke with the General Manager Alex Pedram, who is an outstanding GM who is willing to step up to satisfy the customers needs, willing to go beyond to meet our finances with this vehicle. Also, with the help of thr Finance Manager Ako Ahmadi. On our first purchase of the Beamer, the was another Finance Manager who really helped us and the salesman who was sitting by the Land Rover, awesome service. Mark the guy who is so quick in processing our paperwork, he’s all the first guy the got us into the Beamer. He’s fast and very consistent. The one I like the most was they aim to please their customers 100%. Whoever is the person who’s in charge of this dealership, I think pay raises or bonuses is looking pretty good. The overall rating I would give this dealership was EXCELLENT. More

Exceptional customer service! I had been looking for a Volvo SUV for quite some time. As a previous Volvo owner, I knew that I wanted to stay in the Volvo family, for me it was mor I had been looking for a Volvo SUV for quite some time. As a previous Volvo owner, I knew that I wanted to stay in the Volvo family, for me it was more a matter of finding the right car for the right price. Living in NY, I visited multiple dealerships (and called even more) in the tri-state area and had an overall mediocre experience with many of them. I hadn't purchased a car in several years and had forgotten that some dealerships don't seem to value customer service, professionalism and honesty. I found Darcars Auto group online and called to inquire about a Volvo XC60 that I saw on the website. From the very first point of contact, I found Manny Rodriguez (the sales consultant) to be professional, courteous and helpful. After he provided me with a considerable amount of information about the vehicle (and confirmed for me that it was in fact on the lot!) I drove down to MD to see the vehicle. Manny and sales manager Daniel Kwaw-Fuah were extremely professional and transparent throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured at any point and I genuinely felt like we worked together to structure a deal that we were all happy with. They stayed late to make everything happen and the overall experience was really pleasant and positive. In the weeks since I've purchased my car, Manny has even called to follow up with me to make sure I'm happy with it and I don't have any questions or concerns. Overall, I'm very pleased with their customer service and happy that I decided to drive down to Rockville MD to purchase this vehicle!
