Good Sales Staff. The sales person was good. This was my second car leased from this dealership and each time they automatically put on window etching and the consumer The sales person was good. This was my second car leased from this dealership and each time they automatically put on window etching and the consumer pays for it! Not their fault , my fault for coming back. In the finance dept, I received what I told was an “incentive” from Honda which was free Honda Care and some excessive wear and tear warranty which I thought was from Honda. It wasn't. My fault for NOT reading the Adjusted Cap cost in sales contract but I was never told that was going to be added. I do not buy extended warranties. If its offered as free, I would take it. Upon reading the initial paperwork it looks like it was just a 3yr/36k extended warranty . Fast Forward a week later, Honda sends me the actual VSC and it was not ad bad as I thought as it includes oil filter changes, tire repair and roadside assistance. I just feel it was “ dumped “ into the price of the car without fully disclosing that they were doing that. More
