My civic Went to the dealer knowing I wasn’t going to another. This is the second car from mike and Chris and they got me the car at the price point I wanted. The deal was good, the p Yesterday (6/22/2018) was a bad experience on every level. I had an appointment set up for one of their CPO 2015 Honda Civic. The deal was good, the pictures looked fine. But, great disappointment only after reaching there, after an hour drive. Was greeted by a sales rep. After talking for a few minutes, we went to look at the car for the test drive. There starts the fun. A Honda Certified car, with all the pictures in their site without any damage has a big hole in the bumper. That instantly put me off. When I asked to the sales consultant about this, he too seemed amazed; tried his best to find other similar cars but there were none. "The car must have been priced this aggressively because of this defect", this is the response he gave. He must not be the one who puts up photos but the dealership seemed shady on this one. Why not put the actual pictures of the car with damage rather than try to lure in customers with damaged cars. More

Lesson learnt; I won't be going back to this dealership I have been taking my car to this dealership for my service needs, based on my prior pleasant car buying experience with them. Though there are other I have been taking my car to this dealership for my service needs, based on my prior pleasant car buying experience with them. Though there are other Honda dealerships closer to home, based on my experience over the the past 3 years, this had been my preferred dealer, but that changed following my last visit. The CR-V needed oil change and tire rotation (service minder B1). The service agent (mis)informed me that at 30K miles, the transmission fluid needs to be replaced. Having had no reason to disbelieve him, I consented. He then also told me that the rear differential fluid needs replacement and also, that one of my rear tires had a nail in the sidewall and needs replacement and recommended that I replace both the rear tires. I decided to hold off on these and asked him to skip those. Its been a few weeks and I am yet to find an evidence of that nail, by the way. When I got home that day, I checked the owner's manual, which says the transmission fluid needs to be replaced at 30K miles only if the vehicle is towed behind a motorhome. The following day the service agent sent me a text message asking if everything was satisfactory and if so, he would send me a survey. I responded, informing him it was not, what he told me was incorrect and that he should nevertheless send me the survey. When I did not get back a response, I sent another message re-iterating the same and yet, no response. Amanda from customer service left me a voicemail with a similar message, but I was unable to reach her, after calling a couple of times. I did not leave her a voice mail. What I have realized is from this experience is, the survey is sent only to those customers who do not have a complaint. Needless to say, lesson learnt; I am not going back there. And if I decide to buy another Honda vehicle in the future, it will be from a different dealership, based on this service experience. More

Anhony and Oberto Torrez the perfect duo there is a lot to say about my experience at the dealer location. the only thing i can tell you is, I went to buy one car, and i end up with three car there is a lot to say about my experience at the dealer location. the only thing i can tell you is, I went to buy one car, and i end up with three cars, lol Oberto worked with Antony to get aprove from the banks. I dont know how they did it, but, they got the approval from the banks. And the amazing was, that the 3rd car, was Free. believe me, my honda civic 2006 came free. thanks Antony and Oberto Torrez.
