However, the service we were provided with at DCH Academy by Ron Rajnai was exceptional & beyond worthy of a five star review. It's the least I could do for the way he went above and beyond for us. Extremely professional, helpful, knowledgable, etc. We stopped in to look at the 2016 Honda Pilot Touring & get some information on it. After Ron patiently spent 2 hours with us going over all options on a busy Saturday afternoon we left without signing anything because we needed more time to think. We had more questions later that evening and he was on the phone with us at 9:00pm on a Saturday night. I even shopped around and went to another Honda dealer to see if we could get a better deal. After an hour at a different dealership the sales associate shook my hand and said unfortunately we're unable to come close to the deal DCH Academy is giving you. A week later I'm driving our brand new Touring & in love with it. Thank you Ron & DCH Academy for such a painless experience. More
