Joe was patient and understanding with me, explaining what the ins and outs of the different trims are and finding the one that fit my preferences. He also went out of the way to teach me how leasing and financing works, what to look out for and what rates/residuals I should shoot for. I was never pressured to buy but when I decided the next day to do so, Joe made the process quick and painless, had the paperwork and car ready for me when I got to the dealership. Definitely a great buying experience and one that I'll be using to benchmark my future purchases with. More

Not once did we ever feel like we were at a "used car dealership"--Gerry was honest with us, down-to-earth, and never once pressured us. We did not walk into the dealership intending to buy a car that day, but we certainly left glad that we did buy the car. Gerry went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable during the whole process and was very open with us about the car's history. He made every attempt to reach out to us even after the car was sold to see how everything was going and if there was anything else he could do for us.
