Mark Kamatoy listened to what we were looking for and focused on exactly that. He was insightful and directed us to the vehicle that was perfect for us. No pressure or intimidation tactics to sell but simply gave us facts, options and worked on our behalf to help us close the deal. Ryan Hoey spent a lot of time explaining the features before, during and after the test drive. He made sure that we were knowledgeable and able to use all of the car’s features. Went there with the intentions on getting a Honda accord but when i saw it i decided that it was to big fo I had a wonderful experience with Veronica. I decided to watch some other cars, while doing so i came across a mini which has always been my dream car. It was out of my budget so i asked veronica is there anything she can do for me. She told me she will speak with her manger. After speaking with her manger he came to me and offered me a great price.I really appreciate the help if wasn't for her i wouldn't be driving off the lot with my dream car. Buying a new Pilot 2016 DCH is a friendly environment from the moment you walk in. It didn't take us long to find the car that we wanted.
