I was prepared to pay cash but took the super low rate financing offered. I knew exactly precisely what I wanted before I even hit the dealership, so for me Johnny was the right salesperson. If you like the Hard Sell and want the Hard Sell, don't go to DCH in Old Bridge. If you want a dealership that will work with you, go to DCH and ask for Johhny! More

Service not customer friendly. Bought several cars there. When it comes to service, its horrible. No communication between the service advisors and service receptionists. Not sure if they get commission but I attempted to speak to someone else and they just keep referring you to same service advisor. Receptionists gives out falls information makes me drive there and the service advisor tells me different. No help of any kind. Still waiting on a phone call back for the past 2 hours. Service is horrible. I would buy again but will never have my car serviced there again. More
