DCH Academy Honda

Do not buy a car from this dealership I bought a used Mercedes from the dealership less then a year ago and they are frauds. They tell you anything to sell you the extended warranty and th I bought a used Mercedes from the dealership less then a year ago and they are frauds. They tell you anything to sell you the extended warranty and the tire package. However after selling me 2 bad tires(neither of which they claim is covered under the warranty) the service department didn't even call the warranty company and lied and told me they did. When I went in there the general manager Pete Modlewski(guys a joke) told me he would look into it and make some calls and would call me the next day. To which I still have not received a call. They just didnt want me to make a scene in the dealership. I will now be posting this all over social media not to buy a car from this dealership and going all the way to the top with my problems. Best Place to Go! Before I drove from Staten Island (which is only 20 minutes away) I wanted to make sure that I was going to a knowledgeable dealership. He then communicated with me through email which really helped me to have a visual breakdown of everything he was telling me. He was so thoughtful he even sent me directions when I was unsure which way to go! I then dealt with Otis VIdale who was amazing! He was so patient & really took his time with me. He made buying the car a pleasure and took the stress out of it for me. Michael was the financial guy whose honesty & fun personality made the worst part of the car buying process better. After it was all said and done the Manager Bill Lister came out to make sure I was completely happy which I was!
