Purchased 2015 Honda Pilot Touring On October 20, 2014, I purchased a new 2015 Honda Pilot Touring from DCH Academy Honda. On October 8, 2014, I received a Price Promise certificate fr On October 20, 2014, I purchased a new 2015 Honda Pilot Touring from DCH Academy Honda. On October 8, 2014, I received a Price Promise certificate from edmunds.com with a very attractive price on the exact model I was looking for. I was initially contacted by Lisa Golembiewski via e-mail to confirm my interest in the car. I told her I was very interested and planned on stopping by the dealership that night. When I arrived at the dealership, Lisa had made an appointment for me to meet with a salesperson. I was then introduced to Joe Guzzo. I explained to Joe that I was purchasing a company car and presented the Price Promise certificate. I also let him know that I wouldn't be able to complete the purchase for a couple of weeks due to company policy, but I was very interested in this one particular car (black on black Touring model). Joe was very accommodating. He said it wouldn't be a problem to hold the car if I left a small deposit and honored the Price Promise certificate to the penny. Over the 2 weeks between my initial visit and the date of purchase, I was contacted by Lisa and Joe several times to confirm the details of my purchase. Joe also had to contact the person in my office who handles auto purchases. Everything went very smoothly and I was able to pick up the car on the exact date and time I wanted. When picking up the car, I first met with Joe to go over the final purchase details. I was then introduced to Akram Ali in the finance department to complete the sale. I had my 7 year-old daughter with me and both Joe and Akram treated her as if she was part of the purchase process (she wasn't). They also made sure to keep my time at the dealership at a minimum as my daughter had just come from soccer practice and needed to get home to do her homework and get to bed for school the next day. The whole process took less than an hour. After signing some paperwork with Akram and going through the car with Joe, I drove off the lot with my brand new Honda Pilot. The entire process, from initial e-mail contact to final purchase, was handled with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend DCH Academy Honda (this is the third car I have purchased from them). More

Love my accord hybrid Bought my new Accord Hybrid touring here last week and had a great experience. I took my truecar certificate in for a 2014 model but they didn't hav Bought my new Accord Hybrid touring here last week and had a great experience. I took my truecar certificate in for a 2014 model but they didn't have it in stock, my salesperson Paul A. was able to locate a 2015 model and the price was only about $100 more. They didn't have the color I wanted (Blue) and was not able to get an ETA of one. Mainly because it was a hard color to find so I don't blame them. I called other dealers in the area to verify. Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. He had the answer to most of my questions regarding the car. He even took delivery of the vehicle and inspected the vehicle from their sister shop in NNJ, and drove it down to Old Bridge himself. He actually cares about the product he sells. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul A and DCH Academy Honda to my friends and family. More
