In my life, I have a lot of bad experience with the car dealers, either I was being push or misleading and I paid more than what I should paid. So I really hated to go to the car dealer. My very good friend link me up to DCH Academy Honda. It is 75 miles away from my home. I met with one of the sale man " Andy Lau. He is the best sale man. The whole process is smooth and fast. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He spend a lot of time to walk my through all the feature of the car even it was already late at night. It totally changed my image about car dealer. He washed the car and get most of the things ready before I arrival and most impress me was he did follow up with me after a few days. I can't thanks enough for his wonderful service. It is worthy to drive 75 miles from New York upstate to Old Bridge DCH Academy Honda NJ. I love it. A+++++++ service. Will recommend all my friends to buy cars there. More

After the sale, I sat with Stephen Chung to finalize paperwork. This guy might be one of the nicest in the industry. He made me feel very comfortable with my decisions and was able to explain everything thoroughly. My car was totaled in an accident and I was suddenly forced to buy a new car. Since I previously owned a Honda from another DCH dealership and loved the car, I decided to visit Academy Honda. Paul Papis was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the features of the 2014 Accord in detail before taking the car out on a test drive. He was also very patient throughout the entire process and never pushed me into making a decision. I ended up taking two test drives and also had follow-up questions that he answered promptly via email. I appreciated his patience as I was dealing with an insurance claim and was also looking at other cars. This, in my opinion, is what sets Paul & Academy Honda apart from some of the other dealers in my book. Everything is straight forward and there's no pressure to buy a car. I ended up choosing the 2014 Accord. Once the car was ready, Paul took the time to walk through the various features of the car and even synced the car to my phone. I will be recommending Paul & Academy Honda to anyone I know that's in the market for a new car. More

I worked with Jorge Ramos primarily and I'm very glad I did! Like a dog on a bone, he didn't let up his effort till he found the deal that worked for me. After he listened carefully to understand what my personal parameters were and needed to be he worked his tail off to search their selection to come up with a few very good options (none of which were something I didn't ask for, you know how some dealers bring you what they want to sell not what you ask to buy) and in the end I had a better deal (interest rate, terms, warranty) on a better vehicle then I could have hoped for! I went in needing at least one good solid roomy vehicle to replace our sadly out grown & undersized family vehicle. Without the greatest trad-in , no money down and Jorge hits a home run. (I watched Red Sox close out Tigers on their big screen tv while waiting for paperwork) Jorge also did a great job for me on a vehicle for myself too! I came away with a solid trust in him so after the family need was met, just for laughs with no high hopes, I asked him to see what he could do for me. And a day later he did it again! Solid car, solid deal and solid warranty...Triple Play! As impressive as Jorge Ramos was in his effort, he was equally Professional, friendly and considerate of my circumstances. He never once said anything about "what he needed from the deal" it was always what he was trying to keep in the deal for me. Lastly, I need to also say a sincere Thank You to all the DCH Team that helped in both large and small ways to support Jorge in getting my car deals done. Big Thanks go to Veronica Galluccio & Ivon Lopez who couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful with test drives, paperwork and follow-up calls tying-up a few loose ends.
