This was by far the best experience I have had in car buying! I would highly recommend not only this dealership, but Joe especially. I truly felt that Joe 'helped me get into a new car'. . . . and not buying! I would highly recommend not only this dealership, but Joe especially. On July 11 of 2013, I went back to the dealership to return a Honda Civic which I have just bought on June 20, because I was not satisfied with the features and the color. With only 1297 miles on it, I was forced to pay another $2,000. It then took me more than Eight Hours to have finally be able to drive out with the new vehicle. I drove out another Honda Civic with a Sun roof, I prefer a one with leather seat but they had none available. I had choice of simply walking away and just stick with old vehicle, because of the horrible waiting time, and both I and my fiancee whom has just arrived from Canada was exhausted. I didnt know what was the reasons for the awful delay, but I do notice the salesman was busy another client while we were waiting at the waiting area. We were stuck and as much as we did not wanted to continue on, we had a choice but we had no options. A note on the deal I had, I had to pay a destination and handling fee of $790, and a document fee of $359, which they say they re non-negotiable. If you can talk them down, please let me know, so I can go back to them and ask for a partial refund. If you think these charges are outrages, then stay away from them, since I have already paid my tuition. They also have charged me $104.50 of registration fee. I wonder, if I do the registration myself is only $59, why they have charged me extras? I had am issue with Lily the financial manager the first time, however she turned out to be a great lady and offered me great discounts on my first purchase. She called me back shortly after the first time after I have purchased the car for lower interest rate. Jorge, the other financial officer whom I unfortunately were assigned for the second visit, on the other hand, has talked me into purchasing the GAP insurance for $750, financed. The choices is definitely yours, I am not saying it was not a good insurance, but I just dont want to pay it no matter what. What it does is if you totaled your car, since you have a deductible, and the insurance's payment may not be able to cover the financed total amount, then the GAP would cover the "GAP" of the money required. Also at the second time,he said the lower interest rate was a promotional item and had refused to have offered to me. All I did was trade-in in a car after another, why the interest rate could not be carried over, and I have already paid $2,000 for the difference? Ottis, has talked me into purchased the ETCH service, which I did not had the first time. All the windows of their cars are etched, he said. It means these windows has invisible serial numbers and if the car would be stolen, the serial numbers would be registered and this program would help me pay for the lost car and traced it back with this ECTH. I was under the impression that this ETCH was a MUST HAVE if I would get me finance approved. This service is $299, financed. Trust me, this additional item IS NOT REQUIRED to purchase any vehicle! On September 18, I went to get my first oil change and safety check, I was under the impression that first two oil changes were supposed to be free, and I was been told that it was not true and I had to pay about $50 with a coupon. SInce I was there I went and tried to cancel both GAP and the ETCH. Jorge was at another building selling used cars, and instead if providing me customer service where I first signed my contract with him, I had to walk across the big parking lot and see him at the other office, however when you were purchasing the car, they always come to you! Of course when on the phone earlier and in person, they were hesitated and somewhat rude when I mentioned that I do not wish to carry on the GAP and the ETCH. While the GAP was canceled, all of them told me the ETCH is not able to be canceled. However, on the contract clearly stated that you can cancel it in 30 days for full refund. I showed that to Jorge and he cancel it out for me without saying another word. I didnt want to write all this, and would just let it go, however my experiences at the dealer ship and the ways they acted toward me was not acceptable and I have decided to write down my true experiences. Of course everyone's experience is unique, and I am sure someone actually are satisfied with everything. I am writing my own experiences and share with you, and it would be at your own judgement to take a trip down there or not. More

I came into the dealership looking to trade in my financed car for a new car lease. I wanted to downgrade to a smaller truck like the Pilot. Since we previously had purchased an Accord as a second car for the family and had such wonderful service, we decided to come back to DCH. Robert Levine took us right away and worked out such a great deal that we signed that day! He went through every feature on the car - I especially love the rear view camera, the Bluetooth for my cell phone, and I can even listen to Pandora on the radio with my Android phone. The car runs beautifully and it is so roomy - even has the third row. He then followed up with me the following day to see if I was happy and if I had any questions. The service that you receive at this dealership is top notch and they really treat their customers well. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new car. More
