When I was in Florida a short time ago, I took my car to a Honda dealer because of the same problem. They found nothing wrong with the car and charged me $62.50. The problem persisted so when I arrived back home in NJ, I took the car to DCH Academy Honda. I have dealt with them for 10 years.They found the problem (motor mounts) and repaired the car to my complete satisfaction. Although there are Honda dealers closer to where I live in central NJ, I travel at least 45 miutes to DCH because I know that I will get a professional job at a fair price. More

I had been shopping around for several weeks, did a lot of internet research and visited several Honda dealers in my immediate local area. Each time I encountered the usual pressure sales tactics and generally unpleasant salesmen. Any attempts to get an out-the-door price were met with confusing, long-winded responses or flat-out refusals. Fortunately, I was made aware of DHC Academy Honda and, although their dealership is not so local for me, I decided to check them out on the internet. What I found were many, many reviews like the one you are reading now, i.e. extremely positive. This seemed a little too good to be true but the sheer number of good reviews encouraged me to get in touch with them. Within a few days I had all the information I needed by email from their excellent internet specialist Mark Kamatoy. Everything was clear and upfront so I made a showroom appointment, although even at this stage I thought things were too good to be true. To my very pleasant surprise, the clarity and upfront approach was maintained at the showroom where the sales consultant Joseph Guzzo was happy to answer all my questions and show me some cars.
