It was a pleasure to buy our new Honda CRV at DCH Academy Honda. Everyone that we dealt with was pleasant and friendly and did not pressure us in any way. She obviously prepared our salesman, Robert Levine, as he had all of our information. Robert is an ideal salesman: he is personable, extremely knowledgeable about the product, and is not pushy. The price that he quoted was less than than the AAA price,and Robert disclosed and explained all of the fees and offered additional services, but did not pressure us at all. We were especially surprised and pleased that he offered us a $500 Honda loyalty discount that we applied to our downpayment after we had already negotiated the deal. Robert also showed us how all of the systems worked and even programmed my radio stations and synced my bluetooth! Vipin was very efficient and we were able to walk out of the dealership with our new CRV, customized and clean, within three hours. We dread buying a new car, but we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely recommend both Robert and DCH Academy Honda to our friends and family! More

We started our search for a new Odyssey EX-L back in June, where we went to another Honda dealership down the road from DCH in Old Bridge. I left that place feeling as if our business was not wanted, s June, where we went to another Honda dealership down the road from DCH in Old Bridge. I left that place feeling as if our business was not wanted, so I took my business to DCH Academy. Working in technology and always being on the computer, our initial conversations started with Marianna in Internet sales at the beginning of July. We told her what we were looking for/price, due to our vacation starting, we were unable to continue the sales discussion until after we returned. Marianna was very persistent on looking for the Model and color we were looking for. While we were on vacation, she emailed to confirm our interest. My husband was literally on the phone with her at the airport going to and from vacation. Once we came back vacation, Marianna was able to locate a Smoky Topaz Odyssey EXL. She broke down the FINAL OUT OF THE DOOR price (per base price, tax and fees) and emailed over to us so we knew exactly what we were paying. Though we did have another internet sales agent looking for our business. Marianna did her job and swayed us over to DCH Academy. She was very pleasant, to the point and very easy to work with. She knew what we were looking for and was able to deliver within our price range. Thereafter, on our initial visit to DCH, we met Paul Papis who was a sales representative to see us through all the paperwork, etc. He was very patient and helpful with all our questions and going back and forth. Even on the day we were to pick up the car, we made a change where the paperwork needed to be recreated. He was very understanding and patient with us during this process. He went through all the features of the car. What's more important, Paul understood our needs, he provided his inputs but let us make our decision with out any pressure. We made the deal on Monday and picked up the car on Friday. I would definitely recommend paying a visit to DCH Academy Honda, Marianna Lobeto, and Paul Papis for a new car.!! They respect the individual, look out for your needs, all without the additional pressure. Thanks again Paul/Marianna...I am loving my new Odyssey EX-L! More

There should be more salespeople like Eileen. We came in coming back from AC and we told her we wanted to see the Honda Pilot but were not ready to buy and we didn't have much time because we had a party to coming back from AC and we told her we wanted to see the Honda Pilot but were not ready to buy and we didn't have much time because we had a party to go to! She kept in touch with us and was not pushy!' After a week we decide to go back ready to purchase a Pilot and she made our experience the best!'
