I had just left an Infiniti dealership looking for an suv disgusted with my customer service experience ready to go home empty handed until my hubby said "lets just stop in to see the honda pilot" begrudgingly i said "fine." I had no patience for another sleezy car salesman & was just going to look at the pilot and run out of there UNTIL i met Paul Papis!!! He is the sweetest, most honest car salesman I have ever encountered!! There are no words to describe this most pleasant car buying experience!!! I cant even begin to explain since any one who has ever purchased a car from a dealership knows it is the most unpleasant, painstaking experience ever!! Can you tell how much i hate it? lol NOT THIS TIME!!!! I will never buy another car from any other dealership or any other salesman!!! PAUL PAPIS should teach classes on customer service I wanted to buy the pilot from him & i wanted to give him a bonus at the end of my visit!!! You must go see him & experience "PAUL PAPIS SERVICE" for yourself!!! I can honestly say we cant wait for our lease to be over to go back & get another car from him!!
