My experience with DCH Academy Honda was extremely pleasant from my initial phone call to them to the time I drove away in my brand new Fit! Paul Papis was patient enough to work with me all day. I really appreciated his respectfulness of the fact that I am a first-time buyer. He was honest, upfront, and not what one would describe as the stereotypical "pushy" salesman. I currently have several friends who are considering purchasing new cars, and I've already recommended that they head over to DCH and ask for Paul's assistance.
