A few days ago I leased a Honda Civic from DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge. My sales rep was Paul Marques and my financial rep was Tian Reid. They were absolutely fabulous!!! After our first visit last Honda in Old Bridge. My sales rep was Paul Marques and my financial rep was Tian Reid. They were absolutely fabulous!!! After our first visit last Saturday, Paul called me Monday afternoon to follow-up. I told him we were going to check out a few places and see who gave us the best deal, bc we weren't so much shopping for a specific car, but we were shopping more for a price. After visiting 3 other dealerships it was clear that Paul had given us what sounded like the best deal, so we went back to Honda Monday evening to talk to Paul again in person. He laid everything out for us and we decided we wanted to take the deal. Unfortunately, the financial rep who was going to be helping us, got wrapped up with his current customer, but Paul made our wait extremely enjoyable. He was so friendly and personable, that we didn't mind the wait. Then once we finally met Tian, it was 100% clear that he too had made it worth our wait. He was amazing. The both of them were. Tian was upfront and honest right from the start. He didn't sugar coat my credit issues, but said he was going to do his best to work with me and that's EXACTLY what he did. The financial office had closed on Monday night bc we didn't get there until late, so I had to go back Tuesday to sign the papers and close the deal, but I didn't even mind having to go back for a third time because everyone at Honda was so nice and made my time there extremely enjoyable. I got a great deal and met an outstanding bunch of people. There's no question that not only will Paul and Tian be getting MY business again, but I have already recommended them to several of my friends and family!!! Thanks Paul and Tian!!!! This place is hands down the best place. I also feel that Essam Beshay, or Sam as he likes to be called is a big teddy bear with an accent. He gave us the space we needed to help make any decision. We built up such a repore with Sam that when we drove away, You couldn't help but look in the rear view mirror and feel as you were leaving a friend. More

My wife and I went to this dealer as a first choice due to Honda's long and great quality of cars and trying to find a good special for her needs. His friendliness, knowledge of his work and care for the customers made us feel at ease at all times. Buying or leasing a car can be hectic and time consuming, but Paul made sure he got all out attention and kept us informed of everything. He was also very clear and helpful on all details on the car we wanted to understand it better. His professionalism, honesty and level of work deserve to be praised. He spent lot of times to search the inventory to get the car colors (interior and exterior) as per our expectation. My only concern was with Finance Managers who didn't work on my APR to get the best rate as per my expectation. DCH Honda didn't offer any hidden cost in car pricing as other dealers did when I visited their showrooms. Overall I have very good experience at DCH Academy Honda. More
