After my last car gave out i was looking for a quality new car. I visited various dealerships including a different honda dealer who would not even quote me a price unless i showed my credit card and gave new car. I visited various dealerships including a different honda dealer who would not even quote me a price unless i showed my credit card and gave 500 dollar to show i was serious. I then went online to research the various models and makes as well as visiting the bbb website to find a reputable dealership. I had a basic idea of what the various prices were and what a fair price should be and discovered dch honda had an a+ bbb rating. Many other dealerships are not even registered with the bbb. I came in and was introduced to joe guzzo. I immediately felt comfortable and was warmly greeted. Joe asked what i was interested in and gave me a fair price on the car i was looking for. I was so thankful i did not have to go through the haggling that i knew other dealerships would put me through. Joe also went through the differences between leasing and financing and answered any other questions i had. Everything he told me verbally was also written and he went through each item step by step and explained what each charge was for. There was no pressure to add extras. I was told what my options were and it was up to me whether to accept them or not. Joe then took me to look at the various colors available. I was also shown the area where repairs and oil changes are done. This is a very professinal and customer service oriented dealership. After we decided on the price i was taken to the finance office. Every detail of the purchase was written and explained and all questions answered. There was no extra person coming in trying to sell me things i may not need just to boost their bottom line. I left with my new 2013 civic and am very happy i chose dch. I feel it is important not only to get a good price on a car but to also have a reputable dealer who will fix any issues that may come up. Overall i would highly reccomend joe guzzo and dch honda to anyone looking for a car. You will be treated fairly and without pressure. I have already told many of my friends to go to dch when they are ready for a car. More

One last person I wish to mention was Vipin R(business manager), he was able to get me a great rate and made sure our loan was processed quickly. Most dealership make you wait numerous hours to do the paperwork, but not here. I came in, went over my truck and was in and out having fun with my new honda. Once I made the deal, leasing a 2013 Accord Sport Paul spent a great deal of time reviewing all the vehicle functions. I have purchased many new cars in the past and some deals were very high pressure. There was no pressure from this dealership and they were very pleasant to deal with.
