On April 27, 2013 I entered DCH Honda Academy in Old Bridge and was immediately greeted by the Receptionist who was very friendly and professional. Soon after that, Sam Beshay greeted us with a warm an Bridge and was immediately greeted by the Receptionist who was very friendly and professional. Soon after that, Sam Beshay greeted us with a warm and friendly handshake and introduced himself to my husband and myself. From then on we felt very comfortable with him. We told him exactly what we were looking for: a new car and preferably a Pilot. He quickly escorted us to the lot where all the new vehicles are housed and taking his time with us, showed the vehicles that were available for sale. I got into a Honda Pilot and drove it around the lot and also took it for a spin in the surrounding neighborhood. My husband took it as well for a test drive and fell in love with the Pilot. Prior to test driving the car, I had a special request for Sam and that was to test drive a Pilot that I wouldn't put any miles on it if I'm going to buy it. Sam agreed wholeheartedly. So after our test drive, we decided that we would not want any other car but the Pilot. Mind you, we were at three other Honda dealers (Planet Honda and Madison Honda) that same morning before coming into our neighborhood Honda dealer. After deciding on a color for our Pilot, Sam took us to the warehouse where we were able to view all Honda vehicles and found my "BEAUTIFUL HONDA PILOT" and in the color I wanted. Sam was so patient with us and so professional from the viewing of the vehicles, to the processing of our sales application and all the way through until we drove out with our Honda Pilot. He answered any and all of my questions in relations to the purchase of the car and the financing process with such familiarity. Needless to say, we received a great deal on the purchase of our Pilot as well as an incredibly low interest rate. Thank you Sam for your courteous and professional demeanor. If we should ever again be in the market for another Honda, (we have two other Honda vehicles already from the same dealer), we will surely look for Sam Beshay. The salesperson was very pessimistic and did nothing to help meet our budget and made an insulting proposition on our trade in. The 50 year old manager came over and apparently never heard a curse before because he was offended when I used it to describe the "deal" they were proposing. I told him about the price difference and he laughed and arrogantly chuckled "we sell 300 more cars a month than Joyce" and walked away. So we left. We were there with checkbook in hand ready to buy a new Pilot and they did not care. I left completely disappointed and insulted. Anyone looking to purchase a Honda in the area, don't waste your time there, as they do not care if they get your business. Try Freehold or Joyce! More

I just purchased a 2013 Honda Accord LX Sedan from DCH Honda of Old Bridge. Mr. Erich Tam was the salesman whom referred from my co-worker. Erich provided me an email price quote with the detail break down and one of the best price I got. After work, the same date I got the price quote, I stopped by the dealer office and would like to see the car. It took me just a little bit over 2 hours from paper work, finance and able to pick up my new car the same date. My wife and I were very happy with the car we purchased. I would recommend Erich and the dealership to any of my friends who looking for Honda's car purchase. More

I am part of Consumer reports.. so I used their service not understanding how it would work. Well, while I used the service I doubt I ever will again. I explained I had to idea what I was actually doing through consumer reports, but I wanted a Honda Pilot, it HAD TO BE BLACK and I was looking to do it quickly. I had a price from another dealership also. He told me to him some time and he would get back to me with his best price. He did! Same Day! Needless to say it was a great price. I waited a day since other dealerships were calling me back, but although they all met Mark's price, I just felt he was honest and also called me first and followed up exactly like he said. I went into the dealership expecting the run around, even though Mark assured me that would not happen and the quote would be honored. Joe immediately met me at the door. I explained my situation and Joe got the manager involved to get the paperwork and then went to work. I wasn't sure how he would react, I mean, it was an internet sale, whatever that mean, I wasn't sure if he gets paid, credit, whatever. But Joe was professional from the start, treated me like I was his customer and walked me through everything. Paper work was a breeze, He got my trade appraised and even made sure they covered the entire amount I owed. He took my credit application and explained that all we spoke about is contingent on my credit, he was very personable and professional, saying multiple times how much DCH is a great dealership and how they are honest. Well I felt that. He explained, since it was late, that the car was not PDI'ed. But we would finish the paperwork that evening and pick up the car next day. He introduced to Hussain and that went very well. QUICK, but well. He also pulled no punches, which is all I ask. They then introduced to Akram and that he would deliver the car to me and explain. Next day, I called Akram to let him know when I would be there. He called me back to confirm and then I explained it would be an hour earlier, which was no problem. I got to the dealership with my wife, I forgot to mention the car is for her. Akram met us at door, proceeded to give us some paperwork and then got the plates off my trade. He then led us to the car and explained every feature. Never once going to fast, never once trying to rush. He was great. He even mentioned that Joe called him a few times that day to make sure all was set with my car, JOE WAS OFF that day. He answered question after question and made my wife feel very comfortable in her new car, even synced her phone. So all I did at this point was explain in detail what happened and I hope whoever reads this gets the point that everything was GREAT! But maybe this will help bring it home. My father needs a Pilot, I will be eventually getting a Accord and it goes without saying what dealership I will be going to and which people I will be contacting. [Second Comments] I would like revise my previous commands about DCH Used car center, as I received a call from Sales Manager Arcila, Ruben and Modzelewski, Peter stating that they ready to make arrangements to provide one more master key (Ignition key with Remote) and Key Number Tag @ free of cost (They sent email confirmation too). Ruben did ask apologized for the mistake happened and listened my concerns completely. Thanks Ruben and Peter for promptly response. I am ready give you complete positive feedback if the issues have been resolved smoothly. [First previous comments] Last week I went to DCH used car sales in old bridge. Sales person Gerry Bruno was showing the cars. While seeing the cars he was not honest enough to give all details about the car. The car which I did test drive and liked, doesn’t have two master keys, but he didn’t tell me this during dealing and he didn’t even tell before making the final settlement this week. The sales person Gerry Bruno just gave only one master and valet key, the moment i took the car from delivery line. I was really surprised and unhappy. He simply said 'it has only one master key. Some cars has few and other cars don’t'. I didn’t expect this reply from sales person of reputed dealer show room. I didn’t have any other option other than taking the car as I paid them entire amount and I was eagerly waiting for 2 hours (till 9.10 PM) with my wife and baby to take the car. Others please make sure that the cars which they showing have all required accessory which is supposed to be for that model. if it all that car missing some, have that in mind while doing price negotiation. I believe after seeing my comments someone from dealer give me the proper response and make necessary arrangement to provide the master key. More
